Raised in NYC, Emilio and his family moved to the Lehigh Valley and graduated Easton Area High School followed by studing law at Temple University earning a paralegal degree. He continued to follow his American Dream and opened a sophisticated yet family-friendly restaurant, Easton Taco and Rotisserie, in an area devoid of restaurants.
