Christopher Morganelli

Vice President and Co-Founder / Realtor®

Chris is a native of the Lehigh Valley, and a proud graduate of DeSales University, where he obtained a degree in Computer Science. At his core, Chris is a person of constant thought and vision. He develops insightful strategies rooted in user behavior within the technological and digital spaces. He turns those insights and strategies into experiences users ultimately engage and interact with. The experiences Chris create are multi-platform, both tangible and intangible. When working together, these experiences create the ultimate reflection of a company’s true culture, one that he hopes values technology & business strategy.

Prior to co-founding Morganelli Properties, Christopher founded and currently manages the following businesses, which include:

• MCIT: Cyber Security & Managed IT Services for Businesses

• Network Magazine: Lehigh Valley's High-End B2B Publication

Christopher added Morganelli Properties to his portfolio in 2018. Christopher brings a proven record of entrepreneurial accomplishment to the Morganelli Properties Management team. Christopher also provides the Management team with significant experience in web design, marketing, computer networking, information technology, business development and community outreach. Christopher provides Morganelli Properties a unique and powerful combination of real estate knowledge and marketing / technology expertise.    

Christopher currently resides in Bethlehem with his wife Abby and their son Carter Thomas. Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends along with remaining active and of course vacationing.
